New York City's First Ever Veteran Banners

Port Richmond celebrated Armed Forces Day and the hanging of 28 Banners honoring local Veterans along Port Richmond Avenue. It was a moving ceremony. After sponsors walked to their Veteran's Banner on a splendid Spring day.
