Community Activism for the 21st CENTURY

In our 361st year, Old Dutch Church NYC

created a community nonprofit partner

Historic Port Richmond Preservation Association

A 501 (c) 3 Corporation

□  participate in collaborative community development endeavors for Port Richmond.

□  use our facilities, archives, and records to provide multi-disciplinary programming

in related fields to educate the public on the history of the Church and its Port

    Richmond neighborhood.

□  provide support for the historic preservation of the landmarked buildings and

cemetery of the Reformed Church on Staten Island

While our differences regarding theology and spirituality

are as varied as we are as individuals,

the fact remains that when a church’s doors are open

for education, arts, culture, performances, social organizing, and political discussion

they provide assets to a community which are beyond valuation.
